Home Depot (ARS Rescue Rooter) sold, modified and hooked up an new HVAC system on the wrong breaker, wire and heat strip (see report)!  They also did 10K in damage to our home and refused us insurance by not sending an inspector for 143 days!  They have even ignored complaints from the Fire Marshall, DBPR,  Code Enforcement and the Florida Attorney General!  Heck, we even emailed the top executives at Home Depot.  For 240 days and nights Home Depot has held us hostage by threat of mold and fire!  If we die from fire, please hold these men and women responsible.  We don’t know how else to get justice!

Buyer Beware of ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando:

Over 210 days and still trying to get ARS or Home Depot to fix the damage they did to our home!  We have had a complete nightmare with an HVAC company called ARS Rescue Rooter.  ARS sold us a new heat pump and new HVAC air lines and did horrible damage to our home.  They are contracted by Home Depot who now has their 3rd party insurance involved.  ARS Rescue Rooter has a horrible reputation that they work overtime on to keep you only seeing the best.  Their techs are not certified and only the branch manager holds a license.  He never checked the crews work and you should see what they did: Watch my video series and see for yourself how ARS Rescue Rooter left our home, full review including pictures and videos.

General Contractor:

There are handyman contractors and then there are general contractors.  In the state of Florida you have to pass a full day test at the state level to get the high end contractors license.  We personally recommend Jim & Brenda Booton of Southern Visions Construction!  We have known Jim & Brenda for over 10 years and they have a steller reputation across the Daytona Beach area.  They can pull permits for larger jobs and work with an assortment of other contractors locally.  Contact them at (386)405-4287.
